ER.FCF Series Horizontal Type Dry Cooler

Dry Coolers are used to cool the ambient air and process water. High performance dry coolers are manufactured from copper tube fins with wavy surfaces that increase the heat transfer coefficient in accordance with horizontal or vertical air flow. Dry Coolers are made of 1/2” or 5/8” copper pipes, and are manufactured in special designs and various sizes and capacities, as well as standard models between 88 kW and 1170 kW. Dry Coolers, which have a structure suitable for parallel connection, can easily increase capacity by connecting an ER.FCF series device when cooling capacity is to be increased in the plant

Description

    • Horizontal or Vertical type design
    • Cassette material is epoxy polyester based electrostatic powder coated galvanized steel that provides UV and corrosion protection.
    • Both fan compartments are separated from the other two fan compartments by sheet metal plates, thus preventing energy loss caused by reverse rotation of stationary fans.
    • There are intervention covers for cleaning in each fan compartment.
    • It is tested at 20 Bar pressure.
    • Compliance with IP54 standards suitable for outdoor environment.
    • It can operate at outdoor temperatures up to +60°C.
    • Long-lasting operation is guaranteed with the use of materials suitable for corrosive environments.
    • Contamination and calcification is prevented thanks to closed circuit operating system.
    • Automatic air and water discharge vents are standard.
    • Microprocessor controls the stepped sequential operating principle of the fans depending on the outdoor temperature as well as the desired water temperature.
    • It pulverizes the water from the nozzles to the inlet air, saturates the inlet air with humidity and brings it closer to the wet thermometer temperature with the automatic water spraying system.
    • There is an Error (ER) coded warning and alarm system.
